According to Tricia Ikponmwonba, Lead Trainer of BLA, the school's faculty consists of experienced trainers who have consulted and trained for several Fortune 100 companies, teaching over 1 million entrepreneurs worldwide. Since its inception, BLA has trained over 20,000 people in Nigeria, Ghana, Rwanda, the United States, the United Kingdom, and the UAE.
Ikponmwonba explained that BLA's blended learning model incorporates various methods, including instructor-led learning, peer-to-peer learning, and the use of case studies. The school also features a support system with community coaches who respond to learners' questions in the comment section of each lesson.
By 2022, BLA aims to empower 100,000 entrepreneurs with the necessary tools to succeed in business. The school's differentiating factors include curated content specifically for the African market, the use of recorded videos and live classes, and a focus on practical, qualitative, and locally relevant knowledge.
