Former MP Silvance Osele Survives Road Accident, Transferred to Aga Khan Hospital

On July 18, 2019, former Kabondo Kasipul MP Silvance Osele was involved in a tragic road accident in Kakamega County.

Fortunately, Osele has been transferred to Aga Khan hospital in Kisumu and is in stable condition.

Speaking to Citizen Digital, Osele confirmed that he is recovering well and expressed gratitude for surviving the accident.

"I am out of danger and I remain hopeful that I will get discharged soon. Surviving the accident was God’s miracle," he said.

According to Osele, having their seat belts on was what saved their lives.

At the time of the accident, Osele was headed to Western Kenya Region to inspect various ongoing government projects.

He is also a director at the Presidential Delivery Unit.

Three other occupants of the vehicle, including his brother, are also out of danger and are recuperating at the Kakamega Referral Hospital.
