On May 31, 2022, Raila Odinga, the Azimio Presidential Aspirant, announced that he would be launching his manifesto on Monday, following a meeting with the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) the previous day.

Speaking to the European Business Council (EBC), Odinga revealed that his manifesto would outline his key priorities for the first 100 days in office.

"I have been telling people it is still a secret. On Sunday I am presenting my papers, then on Monday, I will announce what my first 100 days will be like, so I don’t want to pre-empt it today," he said.

Odinga emphasized the importance of creating an enabling environment for investors, citing the need to address the justice system's impact on investments due to unresolved cases in court.

"Justice system frustrates investments due to unresolved cases in court. We hope my deputy Martha will deal with those issues," he stated.

He also expressed his commitment to working with international partners, including China and Europe, to drive economic growth and development in Kenya.
