On May 31, 2022, the National Industrial Training Authority (NITA) announced the launch of a skill upgrading program aimed at enhancing the capabilities of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the textile and apparel industry.
The program, which is set to be rolled out in all 47 counties, aims to equip SMEs with the necessary skills to compete in the global market.
