Kenyan lawyer Miguna Miguna has made a shocking claim that President Uhuru Kenyatta is using opposition leader Raila Odinga as a pawn in a plot to maintain power in Kenya.
According to Miguna, Uhuru's family and former President Daniel Moi are working together to ensure that Uhuru remains in power, with Raila as his deputy.
However, Miguna claims that once Uhuru's family achieves their goal, Raila will be pushed out of the government after six months.
Speaking on Twitter, Miguna said, 'Raila will be appointed as a powerless Prime Minister, Gideon Moi as Deputy President, and after six months, Raila will be accused of corruption and removed from office.'
Miguna also claimed that Kenya will become a one-man rule country, with Uhuru's family and Moi's family controlling the government.
He urged Kenyans to reject the proposed constitutional changes, saying that they are a ploy to maintain Uhuru's family in power.
Published on July 18, 2019, Miguna's claims have sparked a heated debate in Kenya, with many questioning the motives behind the proposed constitutional changes.
