Nepal Plane Carrying 22 Passengers Goes Missing

On May 29, 2022, a passenger plane operated by Tara Airlines took off from Pokhora to Jomson, a renowned tourist destination in Nepal, but never reached its destination.

According to reports, the twin-engine plane lost communication with airport officials at 9:55 a.m. (Nepal time) and vanished from flight radar.

The Nepalese Army has been called in to assist in the search, which is taking place in the hilly terrain of Nepal.

Among the 22 passengers on board were four Indians and two Germans.
