On a dramatic qualifying day at the 2022 Monaco Grand Prix, Charles Leclerc secured pole position for Ferrari, his fifth of the season and the 14th of his career.
Leclerc's achievement came after a tense and dramatic session, which saw his Ferrari teammate Carlos Sainz qualify second, completing a one-two for the Italian team.
Red Bull's Sergio Perez, who was unhurt after crashing on his final flying lap, finished third on the grid, ahead of his teammate Max Verstappen.
Leclerc clocked a best lap in 1 minute and 11.376 seconds, outpacing Sainz by more than two-tenths of a second.
