On July 16, 2019, actor and model Ian Munene, popularly known as Almasi, shared a series of videos and a message of self-reflection, clapping back at his critics.
Currently in the United Kingdom, Almasi posted topless videos on a bed, stating that he has been contemplating life lately.
He shared a quote from a spiritual class he has been attending, saying, 'Sitting and contemplating x. With the fast pace life that we are in right now, it’s very hard to find time to just sit and contemplate life, where we are and where we should go.'
Almasi also shared his personal experience with the class, stating that he dedicates 30 minutes daily to listen to the class and create affirmations before starting his day.
He encouraged his followers to try the same, saying, 'If you always have a stressful day, and feel unfulfilled every time, then give this a shot… it works for me, I know it will work for you too?.'
Almasi has been an easy target for trolls, but this time, he didn't entertain their negativity.
One of his followers, Mwenda, made a comment that Almasi was trying hard to be Jaden Smith, to which Almasi responded, 'don’t need to be Jaden bro I’m fine being me thank you? but that’s a really dope compliment haha I’d rather be like Jaden than be like you??.
