Huduma Centres are government institutions under the Ministry of Public Service, Youth and Gender Affairs, which were launched in November 2013 by President Uhuru Kenyatta to enhance service delivery to citizens. These centres are equipped with the latest technology and are fast in adopting cutting-edge advancements to ensure rapid delivery of services to all Kenyans.

• National Social Security Fund (NSSF) services, including replacement of NSSF cards, individual or employer registration, claims and benefits, and next of kin benefits.
• National Hospital Insurance Fund (NHIF) services, including new member registration, replacement of lost NHIF cards, and amendment of existing membership.
• Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) services, including new KRA PIN application, filing of tax returns, tax compliance certificate application, and tax amnesty registration for Kenyans in the diaspora.

Booking an Appointment at Huduma Centre ¶

Booking an appointment at Huduma Centre is mandatory to save time and ensure that you receive the intended services. To book an appointment, follow these steps:

1. Visit https://appointment.hudumakenya.go.ke/
2. Enter your ID number and password to log in or register if you don't have an account.
3. After completing the registration form and submitting it successfully, you will receive an activation PIN via SMS.
4. Proceed to activate the account and log in.
5. Complete the booking appointment menu, where other details will be automatically populated except for the type of service, location, and date of appointment.
6. Save the appointment, and you will receive an SMS confirming the appointment.

Changing or Rescheduling Your Huduma Centre Appointment ¶

If you need to change or reschedule your Huduma Centre appointment, follow these steps:

1. Visit https://appointment.hudumakenya.go.ke/
2. Enter your ID number and password to log in.
3. Click the 'My Appointment' tab on the menu.
4. Select the upcoming appointment that you want to postpone.
5. Choose 'New Appointment Date' and fill in your desired date and time of the appointment.
6. Save and submit the new details.

Yes, you can apply for a Smart driving license at Huduma Centre. The National Safety and Transport Authority (NTSA) announced on October 14, 2020, that drivers could submit the Smart driving license application online and collect the Smart DL when ready at any Huduma Centres available countrywide.
