On July 11, Kepha Ojuka was singing and shouting 'bado mapambano' at Lower Hill, Nairobi, allegedly causing a disturbance in a manner likely to cause breach of peace.
He was charged with causing a disturbance in a manner likely to cause breach of peace by shouting at one Ahmed Haji Ibrahim.
Appearing before Senior Resident Magistrate Kennedy Cheruiyot, Mr Ojuka denied the charges.
On Monday, he was released on a personal bond of Sh5,000, with the hearing of the case set for August 13.
