Nakuru Governor Lee Kinyanjui Appoints Deputy as Road Minister

On July 15, 2019, Nakuru Governor Lee Kinyanjui made a significant change to his cabinet by appointing his deputy Eric Korir as the acting Minister of Roads.

The move is part of efforts to enhance services to residents, according to a statement from the Governor's office.

According to the statement, Korir will take over the role of Engineer Lucy Kariuki, who has been the Minister of Roads.

"Ili kuboresha huduma, Gavana Lee Kinyanjui amemhamisha waziri wa barabara na miundo msingi mhandisi Lucy Kariuki hadi wizara ya vijana," the statement read.

However, the role of the Minister of Youth has remained vacant following the dismissal of Halima Gababa.
