Real Time Channel Expands to Africa on DStv and GOtv ¶

Real Time, a new entertainment channel from Multichoice Africa in collaboration with Discovery Inc., has launched on DStv and GOtv in several African countries, offering a mix of reality and factual content.
The channel features exciting programmes based on real lives, real nature, real crime, and real medical stories, catering to a wide range of audiences.
On DStv, Real Time will be available on the Premium, Compact Plus, Compact, and Family packages on channel 155, while on GOtv, it will be available on the GOtv Max package on channel 12.
Discovery Inc.'s Vice President and General Manager for Africa and the Middle East, Amanda Turnbull, expressed excitement about the launch, stating, 'We are incredibly excited to present Real Time to an even wider audience in the market, and further expand and diversify our local portfolio offering.'
Yolisa Phahle, CEO of General Entertainment at MultiChoice Group, added, 'Multichoice is excited to welcome this new channel which will give viewers access to a wide variety of compelling television shows from Discovery Inc. on our platforms.'
Real Time's impressive launch programming line-up includes 'Real Lives,' 'Real Weddings,' 'Real Medical,' 'Real Nature,' and 'Real Crime' shows.
