On July 15, 2019, Tanasha Donvan celebrated her birthday in style at The Gatsby 707, with a guest list that included big names from Tanzania and Kenya.
Bahati, a close friend of Diamond Platnumz, was the only Kenyan artiste invited to the party, and he made the most of it by presenting a house as a gift to Tanasha.
However, the gifts presented by others before him had set the bar high, leaving Bahati under pressure to do better. In a bid to outdo his peers, Bahati came prepared with stacks of money to spoil Tanasha rotten.
According to his weekly show, Bahati Reality, he revealed that he had a lot of money to give away, but was stopped by Eric Omondi. Bahati said, 'it's just that Eric stopped me. MY team had carried a whole bag full of money I was willing to make it rain on Tanasha on this special day.'
He also shared details of Diana Marua's baby shower, where Diamond had an obvious invite alongside his girlfriends. The party was attended by a few Kenyan friends, including Mzazi Willy M Tuva and Maina Kageni, who were there due to their musical support for the Wasafi team.
Harmonize even stood up to appreciate Maina Kageni for his support. The party was a star-studded event, with a video of the celebration available online.
