Beyoncé Knowles, the talented singer and actress, stole the spotlight at the London premiere of The Lion King on July 15, 2019. The movie, a live-action remake of the beloved Disney classic, features Beyoncé as the voice of Nala.
At the premiere, Beyoncé looked stunning in a custom-made yellow gown, which showcased her curves and style. She was accompanied by her husband, Jay Z, and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
What caught the attention of many was the warm greeting between Beyoncé and Meghan Markle. The two women, who had never met before, hugged and kissed each other like old friends. This was a notable moment, as hugging members of the royal family has long been frowned upon.
However, Meghan Markle seemed unfazed by the protocol and continued laughing and chatting with Beyoncé. Meanwhile, Jay Z had a rather awkward moment when hugging Meghan, with many noticing his unsure hand movements.
