Unlike some governors who use convoys with sirens and chase cars, Governor Kibwana's car was no exception, waiting in traffic alongside other vehicles.
His Communications Director, Isaac Ongiri, confirmed that Governor Kibwana was in Nairobi for two days to attend official meetings.
Many Kenyans have praised Governor Kibwana for his humility and dedication to public service, with some even considering him as a potential presidential candidate in the 2022 general elections.
