Police in Baringo County are seeking a group of thieves who broke into a Full Gospel church in Kabarnet and stole offerings, leaving nothing behind.
The incident occurred on the night of July 13, 2019, and the thieves were spotted by church members on Sunday, causing a stir during the service.
According to eyewitnesses, the thieves entered the church and stole the offerings, which were kept in a secure area.
'We woke up in the morning to find that everything had been stolen, including the offerings,' said a church leader.
This is the first time in 40 years that the church has been targeted by thieves.
