President Uhuru Kenyatta and other prominent Kenyans are expected to attend the wedding of Kirinyaga Governor Anne Waiguru and Waiganjo Kamotho, currently underway at Kiamugumo Primary school in Kirinyaga County.
According to sources, the couple's families and close friends have arrived at the venue to celebrate and wish them luck in their new chapter.
As reported by Mpasho.co.ke, Anne's elder brother Michael Muriithi shared his family's sentiments, saying, 'We're very happy and excited to be here. It has been a long journey. We are all [siblings] here. We are happy that they've made this decision and they have our blessings as family and we wish them all the best.'
