Capital FM's breakfast show hosts Amina Abdi Rabar and Fareed Khimani were involved in a heated argument on July 12, 2019, which has now been leaked.
The altercation started when Fareed asked Amina about her apparent bad mood, leading to a discussion about their salaries.
Amina complained that Fareed takes home a large amount of money each month, while she earns 'little' despite being at the station for a long time.
According to the leaked audio, Amina also accused Fareed of intentionally leaving an envelope with his payslip in the studio, which she had opened and read.
Fareed denied the allegations, stating that he did not intentionally leave the envelope and that Amina had opened his payslip without his permission.
The argument escalated, with Amina becoming increasingly agitated and Fareed eventually leaving the studio.
As reported by Capital FM, Amina was heard saying, 'You can go. Because you think we will die? We didn’t die when you left. Because you think we’re going to die now? Then gooo. We’re going to be fine. Idiot. Without you.'
