Published on July 13, 2019, a video of Rachel Shebesh, the Public Service, Youth and Gender Affairs Chief Administrative Secretary, has gone viral, showcasing her dancing skills.

Shebesh is seen dancing to Davido's 'If', a song released in February 2017, with a man and at some point tries to teach him how to do the shaku dance.

However, the man fails and unleashes an uncoordinated move, prompting Shebesh to say, 'This is where it goes south.'

She also brags about not dancing to classical music, saying, 'We are not dancing to sijui Ndombolo ya 1944. Tell them we are posh. We are not doing those old lingalas.'

This is not the first time Shebesh has shown off her dance moves, having previously danced to Diamond Platnumz's hit song 'Tetema' in June this year.
