On March 17, 2022, Little, a ride-hailing app, announced a significant revamp of its services to include entertainment, e-Wallet, and biometric solutions.

Launched in July 2016, Little initially offered a platform for users to connect with taxi services. Today, the app has a presence in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Ethiopia, and Somalia.

The revamped Little App now allows users to access various services, including transport, entertainment, delivery, and e-Wallet services, from a single platform.

According to Little's Chief Executive Officer, Kamal Budhabhatti, the new App offers a 'one-stop-shop' for different services, helping users save time and reduce paperwork.

Chris Senanu, Safaricom's Chief Business Officer, praised the partnerships and ecosystem created by the new App, calling it 'important to our current world' and a 'best lesson of entrepreneurship.'

Little has expanded its services to cater to corporate needs, offering parcel, shuttle, and utility services, as well as staff attendance solutions.

The app's shuttle services allow for various capacities, from 7 to 61-seaters, while the portal offers a one-stop-shop for services such as paying for electricity, airtime, water, and cable TV services.

Little has also developed a QR code feature that allows employees to scan their attendance when coming into and leaving the office, enabling them to track their logging in and out for various activities.
