Dr. Sandra Lee, MD, aka Dr. Pimple Popper, has been treating patients with unusual skin growths for years, but her latest YouTube video shows her tackling a particularly pesky lipoma in a patient's forehead.

According to Medical News Today, a lipoma is a noncancerous growth caused by an overgrowth of fat cells.

As seen in the video, Dr. Lee deals with quite a bit of bleeding from the incision, requiring her to pull out the lipoma in little pieces with her tweezers. The blood flow is significant, but Dr. Lee remains focused on removing the growth.

Some viewers were disturbed by the amount of blood in the video, but Dr. Lee's expertise and professionalism shine through as she stitches up the incision once the lipoma is removed.

"That blood vessel needed a forehead tourniquet!" one viewer commented, while another person wrote, "Funny. I've been watching for a couple years now and I just found out a lot of blood makes me nauseous. Yuck,"
