Two individuals, a man and a woman believed to be in charge of the group, were also apprehended in the upscale suburb.
According to police, all suspects are Kenyans.
Mombasa Police Commander Johnston Ipara stated that sex toys, including vibrators and plastic penises, were recovered from the residence.
Additionally, 15 laptops and 10 computers were seized, which are believed to have been used in their indecent activities.
The suspects are being held at Nyali Police Station and will be arraigned in court later on Friday.
Mr. Ipara announced that the man and the woman will face charges of engaging in pornography and may also be charged with involving young women in prostitution.
