Khaligraph Jones, the renowned Kenyan rapper, is known for his calculated approach to spending his hard-earned cash.
As he continues to dominate the airwaves with his hit songs, Jones has been busy building a state-of-the-art recording studio where he has already worked with several big names in the industry.
However, his latest venture is a three-bedroom house project, which he hopes to complete soon.
According to sources, Jones got in touch with HPD Consultants to inquire about the cost of building a three-bedroom house, and the builders quoted him Sh 3.1 million.
“Kindly, any pictures of finished houses, 3 bedrooms to be specific?” Jones asked the builders in a message.
Although the builders have yet to respond, Jones remains optimistic about his project, which he hopes will be a masterpiece.
