Edwin Sifuna, the ODM Secretary General, has come forward to release the video, just months after the two had a public confrontation at a meeting.
The incident occurred at the burial of Mombasa Deputy Governor William Kingi's father, where Sifuna was introducing himself as a representative of Raila Odinga, the ODM leader.
