On August 1, 2019, Samsung unveiled the Galaxy Tab S4, followed by the Galaxy Note 9 a week later. The company may be repeating this pattern for the successors of these devices, the Galaxy Tab S6 and Galaxy Note 10.
While the release date of the Galaxy Note 10 is already known, with an unveiling scheduled for August 7, 2019, the Galaxy Tab S6's release date remains a mystery. However, with the Wi-Fi Alliance clearing multiple variants of the Galaxy Tab S6 for release, the release date is likely much closer.
The Wi-Fi Alliance has cleared the Tab S6 with model numbers SM-T860, SM-T865, and SM-T867V. The first model is the Wi-Fi only variant, while the second is the LTE variant. The latter is headed to the U.S. and will be sold through Verizon Wireless.
Given the release date of the Galaxy Note 10, it's possible that the Galaxy Tab S6 could arrive a week or so earlier.
