Kenya's Ghetto Radio is set to revolutionize the music scene with the launch of SupaFriday, a 24-hour Reggae music extravaganza.

Starting July 12th, 2019, Reggae lovers will get to enjoy a full day of their favorite music, with fans able to request their most loved tracks from the station's top Supa-deejays.

Deejay Katta will kick off the day, followed by Dj Double Trouble, Dj Bling, and finally, Supa-deejay DJ Chara, who promises that every Friday will be a unique experience.

"This is gonna be maaad…It’s definitely gonna be history in the making. Reggae to the maximum and it is most definitely not about ‘new music’ or ‘old music’ but good reggae music all day. You can’t afford to miss this," DJ Chara said.

Reggae music was added to the United Nations' list of international cultural treasures in November 2018, making it a significant part of global cultural heritage.

Don't miss out on Ghetto Radio's SupaFriday, every Friday, for a full dose of your Supa reggae mix on your Supa Station.
