After a tumultuous past, Nairobi governor's daughter Saumu Mbuvi has found love in the arms of Lamu Senator Anwar Loitiptip. The two were attacked at Memphis club last month, leaving Anwar hospitalized, but he has since made a full recovery.
According to Saumu, the two are happily dating, and she has confirmed their relationship with a romantic photo and message on social media.
She shared a photo posing with Anwar accompanied by a heartfelt message, which read:
Hisia hazifichwi..Kipendaacho roho hula hata nyama mbichi….?? Hi future. [Feelings can’t be hidden. Whatever your heart feels can’t be hidden].
It appears that Saumu has found a new love language, as she has started speaking in Kiswahili and listening to the type of music that resonates with her new partner.
For those who may be wondering, Saumu's relationship with Anwar is her first public romance since breaking up with a mystery man a few months ago.
It's worth noting that the two had previously set powerful relationship goals, even opening a club together, but sadly, it didn't work out.
Now, it seems that Saumu has found a new partner who is helping her heal and move forward.
As one of her fans so aptly put it, 'we want to learn her special skill of moving on so fast'.
