On July 19, 2019, Disney's Lion King remake will hit theaters, but fans can already get a taste of the movie's soundtrack. In mid-June, Beyonce teased a duet of Can You Feel The Love Tonight with her co-star Donald Glover, and now she's dropped a single, Spirit, from her album The Lion King: The Gift.
Produced and curated by Beyonce, the album is a collection of original compositions for the movie's soundtrack. The track, Spirit, was co-written by Beyonce, IIya Salmanzadeh, and Timothy McKenzie, and is included on the album, which will be released on July 19, 2019.
