Anerlisa Muigai, the heiress to the Keroche Breweries empire, has taken to social media to express her disappointment with some of her followers who sent her Bible verses after she went a few days without posting.

According to Muigai, the unsolicited Bible verses were sent by people who thought something was wrong with her, simply because she didn't post on social media for a couple of days.

She believes that this behavior is a reflection of how people wait for her downfall so they can celebrate.

'It's funny, I go for 5 days without posting and people already thinking something is wrong with me to even sending bible verses,' Muigai wrote on social media.

She further noted the importance of not seeking validation from people on social media, saying that it's a platform that one should control themselves.

'Social Media is a platform you got to control yourself. I would rather be posting usual activities that people EXPECT, Then be somewhere so far with people I love and care about because with so much evilness and jealousy on social media, you've got to also control that otherwise you will run mad trying to look for people's validation, and don't depend on people's lives on social media,so many people only showing 15% of their current situation,' Muigai concluded.
