He was part of thousands of people who gathered to celebrate the Pride Month, a commemoration of the Stonewall riots that occurred at the end of June 1969.
Carrying a placard with the message 'Black queer lives matter!!', Chokuu sent a powerful message to critics who judge his sexuality.
In a bold statement, he shared photos from the event, telling off those who judge him, saying, 'Your impression about me is your personal problem. Fix it!!'
