Published on July 9, 2019, Manchester United's pre-season tour got off to a dramatic start with a heated argument between Paul Pogba and Jesse Lingard.
According to a video clip shared by Manchester United's official Twitter account, Pogba appeared to have clashed with Lingard after the team landed in Perth, Australia, following a 16-hour flight.
Defender Victor Lindelof intervened, putting an arm around Pogba and getting between the pair before the video clip moved on to another group of players.
Manchester United will kick off their pre-season tour against Perth Glory on Saturday, July 13, and Leeds United on Wednesday, July 17.
Meanwhile, Pogba has been heavily linked with a move to Juventus or Real Madrid this summer, but it remains to be seen whether this incident will affect his future at Manchester United.
