On July 9, 2019, Zari Hassan, a Ugandan businesswoman and tourism ambassador, took to social media to address online trolls who had exposed her passport, revealing her birth year as 1978, contrary to her claim of being born in 1980.
She blasted her haters, accusing them of being jealous of her success and beauty, saying they were 'ugly, broke hoes.'
‘Everyone out here posting my passport showing 1978, that was for my citizenship but I was born on 23rd September 1980. Y’all bitches be hating cause y’all ugly and I’m still beautiful even when you want me to be 50, so suck it up! See how me, one person gives you headaches.’
