January 6, 2022, marked a new chapter in the musical career of Ugandan opposition leader Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu, popularly known as Bobi Wine. In a bold move, he has decided to use music as a tool to criticize President Yoweri Museveni.

Wine launched a new song, 'Ogenda', which translates to 'You Will Fall' in the local language. The song is a direct attack on Museveni's rule, with Wine accusing him of violating his promise to bring democracy to Uganda.

According to Wine, the song features disturbing images that symbolize the oppressive nature of Museveni's regime. 'The government in Uganda has invested a lot of money in hiding the atrocities and injustices that it has been perpetuating,' Wine said.

He believes that the media in Uganda is heavily censored, and the only way to expose the regime's wrongdoings is through music. 'Justice can only be achieved when we expose the crimes, that's why we continue to provoke, that's the only way we can fight it,' Wine stated.
