On July 6, 2019, Njugush found himself in a bit of trouble after being caught cheering at the Miss Kenya Plus World 2019 beauty pageant at Garden City Mall.

According to reports, Njugush and his friend Celestine attended the event in support of Neomi Ng'ang'a, the organizer of the event. However, things took a turn when Njugush saw one of his favorite models and couldn't contain his excitement.

He was caught red-handed by his wife, who recorded the incident and posted it on social media. Celestine jokingly told Njugush it was time to go home, and he knew he was in trouble.

As a result, Njugush was locked out of the house by his wife, who was understandably upset. However, he has since apologized and is trying to win her back.

When asked to explain his actions, Njugush claimed he was excited by the curtains and lights at the event, but his wife was not buying it.

Despite his attempts to defend himself, Njugush's wife remained firm in her decision, and it remains to be seen if she will forgive him.
