On a fateful Monday night at the Ismaili Stadium in Ismaili, Ghana's dreams of Afcon glory were shattered. The Black Stars faced off against Tunisia in the Total 2019 African Cup of Nations, a match that would decide their fate.

Despite a valiant effort, the match ended 1-1 in extra-time, setting the stage for a nail-biting penalty shootout. Unfortunately, Ghana's shooting woes continued, as they lost 5-4 to their Tunisian counterparts.
