On July 26, 2019, Infinix brought its 'Beat Ya Campo' talent search to the streets of Thika, where students from various universities gathered for a musical competition at the Mount Kenya University.

The event, which kicked off in June 2019, was graced by renowned Judge Masauti and featured special performances by the Ochungulo Family, a prominent sound wave in the Kenyan music industry.

Speaking at the event, Infinix Brand Manager Zhiqiang Zhang emphasized the importance of investing in the future of young people through their skills and talents. He noted that the competition was just the beginning of a larger project, which includes a book donation drive to the Emmanuel children's home in Kayole, Nairobi County.

Participants in the competition stood a chance to win prizes such as mobile phones, cash, and discounts from Infinix Mall. The overall winner was set to sign a recording deal with Boomplay music, a digital music service developed by Tecno Mobile.

As a brand that has been empowering its users since its launch in 2013, Infinix continues to push the boundaries of innovation through its smart-mobile brands, including the ZERO, NOTE, HOT, and HOT S series.
