On July 5, 2019, England and Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Dele Alli was on holiday in Greece with his girlfriend Ruby Mae, celebrating her 25th birthday.
According to eyewitnesses, Alli looked unsteady and collapsed on a sun lounger, prompting two guards to carry him away.
Photos taken at the scene show Ruby Mae, 25, initially unaware of the situation but later realising the gravity of the situation and calling for help.
"She had to call over two huge fellas to help get Dele to his feet and carry him away," said one of the onlookers.
After the incident, Alli was helped into a vehicle and driven back to his hotel.
The Tottenham management will be hoping for some good news on their star man ahead of a busy season come August.
