Jason Derulo, the 29-year-old singer known for his hit singles and energetic performances, has raised health concerns after being spotted in Tokyo, Japan.
On Friday, Derulo was seen using a pair of crutches to support himself before being pushed through Haneda Airport in a wheelchair, accompanied by airport staff.
According to eyewitnesses, Derulo was signing autographs on CDs as he was assisted by airport staff, showcasing his edgy sense of style in a grey Adidas tracksuit jacket, oriental print high-top trainers, and a purple baseball cap.
Derulo's representatives have been contacted for comment, but no response has been received.
It's worth noting that Derulo has a history of health issues, having narrowly avoided paralysis in 2012 after falling during a rehearsal for his world tour. He suffered an acute fracture to his vertebrae but miraculously avoided paralysis.
