Caroline Wanjihia, head of strategy and insights for Coca-Cola East and Central Africa Franchise, oversees performance and planning managers across 12 African countries. Her day starts at 5 a.m, with a morning routine that sets her up for a busy day ahead.

By 6:30 a.m, she's at her office in Upper Hill, tackling the demands of her role. But after a long day's work, Caroline heads to the gym to unwind and get her sweat on.

"The pressures from work can weigh one down, especially when it's quite demanding," she says. "My work isn't easy, but I love what I do. It's a good stretch and it has stretched me to levels I never knew existed!"

Caroline's fitness routine has helped her shed a few kilos and tone her body. She's been spinning for about a year now and plans to run the Lewa Marathon this year. When she's not in the office or the gym, she enjoys playing golf, which she says allows her to enhance her networks.

Caroline's love for travel has taken her to over 30 countries, including Russia, where she attended the 2018 FIFA World Cup. She describes Moscow as magnificent, with beautiful architecture.

When not travelling, Caroline enjoys reading business journals and unwinds by going out with friends or catching a good movie or series over the weekends.
