Published on July 4, 2019, Tecno Camon 11 users have been experiencing issues with the latest software update.
The update, which was rolled out late last year, has been causing problems for early adopters, with multiple cases reported in the Tecno Forums.
According to users, the update removes fonts from the Hi Theme, leaving users with no choice but to contemplate downgrading to the previous software version that worked perfectly.
For a device that hardly receives software updates, Tecno should not be getting things wrong with one of the few updates it decides to send our way.
On the brighter side, a fix is said to be coming soon, at least if the moderators are to be believed.
Meanwhile, users might want to try a full factory reset if they have more issues to deal with after the update, but be sure to create a backup of your files before the reset.
