On September 10, 2021, Optiven's engineers were on a mission to transform Happy Gardens in Kitengela into a unique gated community.
Located in a prime area, Happy Gardens is set to become the 8th environmentally friendly property developed by Optiven.
The team of engineers was working tirelessly to complete various key projects, including the installation of culvert bends, which would ensure a smooth flow of storm water and make the road network extremely unique.
Another notable project was the construction of the customers' site office, where visitors would receive a bottle of drinking water as they explored the estate.
The project caretaker house was also under construction, with the caretaker's role being to maintain the overall environment of the estate, ensure the trees were well-maintained, and keep the area clean and secure.
