Published on July 3, 2019, Gor Mahia, the reigning Kenyan Premier League champions, have strengthened their squad with five new signings ahead of the 2019/2020 season.
The signings include Sony Sugar's defender Abdalla Shura and midfielder Tobias Otieno, as well as coach Patrick Odhiambo, who joined the club as an assistant coach.
Additionally, Nairobi Stima's Curtis Wekesa, a winger, and striker Dennis Oalo, who was the National Super League's top scorer with 24 goals, have also joined the team.
Completing the list is Nzoia Sugar's defender Elvis Ronack, who joins the club on the Bosman after his contract with the Millers expired last month.
According to a statement by Gor Mahia, the signings are part of the club's efforts to beef up its squad ahead of the new season, where they will be looking to bag another Kenyan Premier League title and progress further in the CAF Champions League.
