July 3, 2019, marked the beginning of what appears to be a long-standing feud between socialite Huddah Monroe and Kiss FM's Kamene Goro.
According to sources, Kamene called out Huddah, questioning how she could afford a Range Rover and an apartment in Kileleshwa.
‘Has she been selling (expletive)? A girl with standard three English owns a Range Rover and an apartment in Kileleshwa, what else have you been selling other than (expletive),’ Kamene said in a conversation with Xtian Dela and Andrew Kibe.
Notably, Kibe remained silent on the matter, leaving Kamene to bear the brunt of the conversation.
However, Huddah Monroe did not take kindly to Kamene's comments, responding with a series of cryptic messages on her Instagram.
‘A queen doesn’t get off her throne to address a peasant,’ Huddah wrote, before sharing a quote that read: ‘Only a b unsure of her position tries to prove herself…What is understood, doesn’t need to be explained. I am never oblivious to the reality of anything in life…’
She added, ‘Playing cool doesn’t mean playing a fool… It just means I am in control of the situation… Remember a queen never comes off her throne to address a peasant.’
