Kenya Lionesses head coach Felix Oloo has made several changes to his side ahead of Wednesday's Rugby World Cup Repechage qualifier against Colombia at the Nyayo National Stadium.

Published on August 25, 2021, the team will see Sinaida Nyachio, Sinaida Aura, and Enid Ouma take the field in place of Sheila Chajira, Janet Okello, and Cynthia Camila, who are all out due to injury.

‘The first test was all about getting new players in the system and preparing them to take up their positions in the near future. It was really good for them to have the feeling of being a national team player and to get an understanding of what test rugby is like,' Oloo was quoted on World Rugby.

‘For the second test we tried to balance out the two sides and it came out very well. The ladies got a lot of confidence from the game; they now know that anything is possible,' Oloo added.

The Kenya Lionesses squad for the match includes Sinaida Nyachio, Sinaida Aura, Janet Okello, Philadelphia Olando, Christabel Lindo, Grace Adhiambo, Judith Auma, Juliet Nyambura (captain), Staycy Atieno, Evelyne Kalemera, Bernadette Olesia, Peruce Muyuka, Mitchelle Akinyi, Enid Ouma, Leah Wambui.

Replacements include Knight Otwoma, Mercy Migongo, Rose Otieno, Naomi Amuguni, Laureen Akoth, Faith Marindany, Sarah Oluche, and Moreen Muritu.
