On Friday, Charles Odoo produced an impressive 43 stableford points to claim the top spot at the Johnnie Walker Heroes Launch golf tournament held at the par 71 Nyali Golf and Country Club in Mombasa County.
The event, sponsored by EABL under the Johnnie Walker brand, marked the official opening of the brand's Sports Bar and the Club.
Odoo edged out Rajesh Kunverji, who scored 42 points, while John Smith took the runners-up slot with 40 points.
Other notable winners included Susan Stokes, who scored 36 points and took the Best Senior title, and Caroline Munyi, who carded 45 points to emerge as the High Handicappers winner.
Meanwhile, at the Karen Country Club on Saturday, Taimur Malik won the 2021 Karen Challenge Golf Tournament with a total of 140 gross (70-70) in Division one.
Mutahi Kibugu and Adel Balala took the second and third slots, respectively, with scores of 144 and 145 gross.
At the Kenya Railways Golf Club, Mildred Malubi emerged as the overall winner of the Ladies Stableford tournament with 38 points.
Lydia Otieno and Joyce Gikunda took the runners-up and third slots, respectively, with scores of 37 and 33 points.
