Published on July 3, 2019, the investigation into the disappearance of Jennifer Dulos has been ongoing for weeks, with no new updates provided by the Connecticut State Police.

Despite the lack of progress, the estranged husband, Fotis Dulos, is seeking to bring the divorce case to a halt, citing his wife's disappearance. He is currently free on $500,000 bond.

In a recent public statement, Fotis Dulos expressed his love and concern for their children, saying, 'I just want to tell my children that they're constantly on my mind and that I love them and I miss them very much.'

His lawyer, Norm Pattis, has been actively promoting their case in the media, with a blog post addressing why he decided to represent Fotis Dulos and his co-defendant, Michelle Troconis. Pattis wrote, 'The answer might surprise you: I'd rather represent the scorned than the popular.'

Philip Russell, a defense lawyer from Greenwich, commented on Pattis's media strategy, saying, 'When it's in his client's interest, he does not shy away from combat.'
