On Monday, singer Dela Maranga surprised her fans by sharing wedding photos on Instagram, confirming that she had secretly married her fiancé Dr. Reign just a year after he proposed.
Dr. Reign, a paediatrician at Nairobi Hospital, works part-time as a musician and has collaborated with Dela on a love song titled 'Good Bad Boy', which was released four months ago.
According to Dela, the couple met at events and festivals, and would occasionally meet and chat before bonding over time. They got engaged in a private affair in July 2018.
Sharing the news with her fans, Dela wrote on Instagram: 'Mama, Papa, I Love this man he's my star and I want to be with him. Spend the rest of my life as his wife. We did it baby Dr Reign. We Eloped. #Dr and Mrs Reign.'
