On July 5th, 2019, Embu will witness a groundbreaking event as Rindi Group, a leading business entity in the region, hosts the first-ever Business Expo.

The event, aimed at empowering youth, women, and persons with disabilities, will provide a unique platform for them to showcase their business products, services, talents, and skills.

According to Wangui Kaweru, CEO of Rindi Group, the primary objective of the expo is to give these special groups a profitable platform to network and grow their businesses.

Wangui emphasized that finances, opportunities, and platforms to grow their businesses are some of the major challenges faced by youth, women, and persons with disabilities when they venture into business.

The expo, which will link the special group business community with financial institutions, is expected to form a formidable entrepreneurship network.

Big names in the political and entrepreneurial world, including Nominated Senator Isaac Mwaura and Hon. Susan Nyaga, have confirmed their attendance at the event.

The organizers have called upon the County Government to actively engage the special group, sensitize them on the AGPO program, and capacity build them on profitable entrepreneurship.

The event is set to be a game-changer for the youth, women, and persons with disabilities in Embu, providing them with a unique opportunity to showcase their talents and skills.
