July 1, 2019 - Reality TV star Mishi Dora has been fighting for justice in a case where she was brutally attacked five years ago. The former 'Nairobi Diaries' actress was shot at, run over by a car, and left for dead by a man who allegedly tried to kill her.
According to Mishi, she has been in court since December 2014, but has been denied justice against the unnamed man who is part of the government.
On Sunday, Mishi took to her Instagram to share her harrowing ordeal, recalling the day she was left for dead. She shared pictures of her injuries, including multiple pelvic bone fractures, a torn ligament, and a broken left hip bone.
Mishi also revealed that her attacker tried to bribe her with half a million shillings to settle the matter out of court in 2015, but she turned it down.
She further faulted the Kenyan judicial system, saying she won't keep quiet until justice is served. Mishi questioned how many people are dying in silence without anyone to speak for them or fight for their justice.
She ended her post with a powerful message, saying, 'I'll not keep quiet till justice is served... #AllINeedIsjustice#can'tSufferInSilenceAnymore.'
