Patricia Mbatia: A Marketing Trailblazer

Patricia Mbatia, founder of Game Changer Marketing Agency, has come a long way from her humble beginnings in rural Kenya. Growing up, she had to work hard to help her family on their farm, planting and weeding crops, and learning the value of hard work and dedication.

After completing her education, Patricia pursued a career in marketing, discovering her passion for experiential marketing. She worked for a South Africa-based agency before setting up her own marketing agency, Game Changer Marketing, which is celebrating its fifth anniversary this year.

As a creative director, Patricia's job entails finding innovative solutions to marketing problems, working with her team to bring brand experiences to life, and pushing the boundaries of creativity. She believes in challenging the status quo and inspiring her team to do the same.

Patricia's greatest strength is her creative courage, which allows her to offer new answers to her clients' questions. She is driven by the possibility of success and winning, and hopes that her choices will create a positive ripple effect in the lives of others and the world at large.

When asked about her typical workweek, Patricia replied that every day is an adventure, and that no week is ever the same. She spends her time creating, planning, meeting clients, and bringing brand experiences to life.

Patricia's love of stories and creativity has remained a constant throughout her life. She loves books and movies, which transport her to another world and inspire her to create something new.

As a role model, Patricia looks up to people who inspire her with their positive messages and actions. She believes in the power of creativity to change how people experience their world and is driven by the possibility of success and winning.

Patricia's mantra is Maya Angelou's quote: 'People will forget what you said; people will forget what you did; but people will always remember how you made them feel.'

When asked about her future plans, Patricia replied that she hopes to find more joy through disruptive but relevant creativity, build amazing brand experiences, and bridge the disparity between creativity and execution.

Patricia's dream holiday destination is a cruise, which she discovered through her sister's Carnival Vista Caribbean adventure. She loves the luxury and all-inclusive experience of a cruise, which allows her to see many places in one trip and experience different cultures in small, delicious packages.
